Theeees... is actually my entry for the contest at :iconphantom-of-da-opera:. The theme was drawing a lyric from PotO, and I chose...

"Say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime
Lead me, save me from my solitude"

From Past the Point of No Return/Chandelier Crash. Chandelier Crash sounds so dignified...

Anyway, a rather symbolic representation, I suppose. I think Christine really does play an 'angelic' role in relation to Erik, so I went with a more book inspired version of her. Because then she could be all glowy with the blonde hair and whatnot. Yup.

Oh man, it's so shiny. She's so shiny, rather. Liking the lack of outlines, since it makes it look less like doodly stuff. How much of it did you do on the computer?

Hehee... shiny is fun. Speaking of shiny, it's really funny to look at my "recent deviations" section and compare this one to the 'shade' one... because the set up is very similar. Hehe yeeey.

I thought not having the outlines would help... I did the sketch on paper and then colored on the computer, as per usual. I just made the sketch really transparent so I could get rid of it eventually.

this is lovely! you made it made christine look so pretty! and she's blond! i perfer her bold cause thats how she's supposed to look in the book. :D

just a peice of constructive critisim though, i might have gone with erik wearing a different style mask, just cause you can't see it all all from that angle xD like that top-half style or something. but thats just me.

still amazing, great job! :clap:
